“No problems with Burnhills at all, they dispatched the duck food on time and there were no issues with the ordering process. The only issue was with the courier company who failed to deliver the food in the one hour time slot they issued. However I contacted the courier company and they had issues with the vehicle but still delivered the same day, just delayed by a fair few hours. This was out of anyone’s control because unfortunately vehicles do break down.”
