“Ordered millet and two bowls of the parrots. The millet is excellent. The bowls not so much. With one there were paint residues within the bowl. The other, one wing nut would not screw-down support bracket, eventually forced it down having applied some PTFE grease. However, the real issue was the paint on one of the bowl supports, it was not just tacky but wet enough to come off on your hand. Having been removed from the plastic bag it came, it cured, eventually.”

“I found “Caroline” knowledgeable and very helpful when ordering a replacement Fort wheel and spindle. It arrived on time by Post Office whilst delivering other mail - which meant there was not another delivery van in our small village. The time of delivery given was spot on..”

“I needed a new wheel for my wheelbarrow and was unaware of the model apart from the brand name. I spoke to a very helpful person on the phone who pointed me in the right direction. I thought the telephone service was excellent. She gave me the product number and I was able to find it on the website and it was delivered very promptly. A good service.”
