“Competetive pricing, fulfilled order quickly, would use again”

“I placed an order and it was delivered on time, but wrong product was delivered and had to be returned. Contacted the seller who agreed to send a pre-paid label for return of the good's.and upon receipt would send out the correct product. Goods returned but the correct order was not received and a refund was issued insteadd. Just one big waste of time. Very disappointing.”

“Part of shipment sadly arrived damaged, contacted Customer Services with pictures, replacement shipped out Express the same day and arrived 24 hours later, all good. Exemplary Customer Service, wish all retailers were as good as this! Well done Burnhills, highly recommended.”
