“Window selection is easy AND you can choose the height of your top windows, which other website won't let you do. Price is reasonable.”

“One of the best referrals I’ve ever had! The online ordering system is quick and easy, with instant prices that make quoting a breeze. I needed one window urgently, and they happily helped me collect it straight away. Since then, I’ve ordered more and have been just as impressed every time. Great service, quality products, and super easy ordering—highly recommend!”

“I had a great deal of help from Pip in customer service who helped me through a difficult problem I encounterd when one of the double glazed units was damaged by my installer and I was left to sort the problem. She showed me that your company is not all about the bottom line but also about helping people when they find themselves in a difficult spot and need help and compassion, I cannot thank her enough.”

“Great service! Easy to use design website with lots of options which is exactly what I wanted as I'm picky! Also, great follow up customer service - I ordered different frame types by accident - they spotted it, called me and confirmed what I wanted over the phone. We also used up all the packers on one window and they kindly sent out more for us. The window is great quality and looks really well made. We fitted the window ourselves - the detailed instructions on their website were really helpful. I'll be using them again and again, as we have a lot of windows to replace, and I'll definetly be recommending them to friends.”
