“I am 6 years into my 2 year home refurbishment project! I've just made my 3rd order with Modern UPVC Windows since 2018. That in itself should tell you something. I have found the ordering process to be easy using their well thought out website. All the information needed to make an informed decision is available as you browse, with plenty of video guides and help articles and context relevant help available at every stage. In addition, should you need any advice or assistance, actual real human beings are readily available by phone. How old school / great is that? The likelihood though is that you'll be able to research, build and order your required windows / doors etc via the operationally slick website without any problems whatsoever, as it guides you logically through the process. My previous two orders arrived on time and were delivered by the company's own delivery team and transport. I'm sure the service will be just as good this time. I have been pleased with the quality of the products and the service provided. Hence, I am a happy returning customer. Well done M UPVC W. I look forward to receiving my latest window.”

“Used this company for many years now. Only had one problem where the glass was slightly scratched. They sent one pane out very quickly. So rest assured if you don't find something to your standards. Thumbs up!!”

“The range of designs on offer is great, likewise the fact that you are effectively crearting a bespoke product to fit your house. I found the webiste very easy to navigate, and being able to save the shopping cart meant that I could share it with one or two other whose opinions mattered to me.”

“This is my second order from this company. The first, a set of french windows, was beautifully made to a surprisingly high quality. It fitted accurately and really enhanced our home. The design process is superb. It is well thought through and very easy to use. I particularly like being able to see the window you are creating, and the effects of the changes as you make them. The French windows arrived exactly on schedule. Thank you for a superb product and I look forward to many more to come.”

“Professional service. Maybe not the fanciest looking site but the best functional one I ever came across. Beside their quality and professionalism I decided to order my first batch of windows because of their portal. It really show they know their business inside and out. I am returning customer. Should I say more?”

“Returning customer after using Modern UPVC windows a couple years ago. We’ve had grey anthracite UPVC doors and windows and the quality is brilliant. Going for the same again this time. Amazing value for money and great customer service. Can’t fault a thing.”
