We live in a very remote area and Malcolm has went above and beyond to be able to accommodate and deliver to us. I cannot recommend highly enough for the customer experience and price point.”

“I actually enjoyed the process of choosing the windows and doors to our new home. Being able to play around with the different options in design and colours etc and having a real time reflection on how this affected the prices etc was an absolute bonus. No hard sell from a showroom sales rep and plenty of time to browse and make sure we were happy with our choices made the whole process very relaxed and fun! We received the entire order within 3 weeks and were kept well informed on the order process from regular emails from customer services. I have now fitted the majority of the units and have to say the quality and accuracy of our measurements supplied are 100% The only issues I have encountered (one of which totally my fault) have both been fully rectified with no fuss and very courteously handled by the very helpful staff down there. I have a 2nd phase to order soon of similar value and will not hesitate to use Modern UPVC Windows again and have already recommended them to several of my friends and colleagues in the trade.”

“Did a thorough search online for a window supplier after a so-so experience with a local supplier, who didn't provide me with windows with all the details I requested. I checked several sites and found that Modern UPVC Windows to be the most professional and user friendly website in the UK IMHO! The ordering process is extremely well laid out and provides all the information necessary to customise your window requirements, together with helpful prompts to avoid ambiguous choices. I can't praise them enough! Well done providing amateurs like me with a complete service.”

“It is not very often these days to come across a company that has clear as crystal and easy to use internet order programs and staff that answer phone calls quickly to supply answers that are requested. Your company does that. congratulations. I only ordered today 22.08.2023 so I cannot answer the delivery questions etc. I hope that is as good as the order.”
