“I ordered French doors but damaged a couple of beads during installation (my fault). Contacted Tom in customer services and he arranged for replacement beads to be sent out at no extra charge - excellent customer service, try getting that at one of the big DIY retailers!”

“Hi, I would like to thank Modern UPVC . I ordered windows and a rear door every thing was painless and easy. All arrived in good time and well protected. Windows and door all fitted and looks great , had a problem with the rear door! Well I contacted by phone Modern , spoke to a very helpfull lady on the telephone (Sharron I believe). From there put through to a technical specialist (Charles) he was very helpful , understood my problem. Now this is what I call good service offered to come to site and correct the problem.. this he duly did, arrived on site on time on the date arranged with replacement parts and then fitted them ,Now that great old fashioned good service. I am old fashioned I don’t just value company’s on what they send ,it’s when there is a small problem it's how they respond, 10/10. I will be ordering the rest of the house replacement window without hesitation from Mordern. Graham (retired Clerk of Works) Cambridge.”
