“Order was window, front door and french doors, on 2 seperate occations I needed to phone for assistance and they could not have been more helpful, one was web page not allowing me to change door size man on technial side went straight in and changed, second was clarification on locks this time lady on technical side gave me the information I required so managed to complete order knowing I am going to get exactly what I require, thank you.”

“This review is only based on ordering process as the windows are not yet delivered: They have the best, clearest, most comprehensive interface I've found of any window company. Their price was also one of lowest. It has almost been a pleasure specifying the window to match the budget. So far so good, I'll be delighted if the delivery experience is half as good as the ordering process.”
