“Just ordered a set of french doors and when I attempted to pay, it was declined and directed me to the company phoine number. When I called this, the lady on the receiving end found my order and said that she could see no problem with it and stayed on the line whilst I did it again. I realised that the error was at my end but the lady was very polite and helpful and checked that my order was accepted. More than happy with present progress.”
