“Excellent window designer and a company that responds to contact query's very quickly. I did get confused that, when I added extensions as a safeguard against me getting measurements wrong, the windows automatically shrunk to accommodate them. Luckily my wife pointed me to the extras tab which my 82 year old brain had totally missed and the extensions have now become addons which is what I wanted. So....smack on wrist and looking forward to delivery. Ron.”

Same lead time as other companies, very contactable through phone or Whattsapp or email etc, and you speak to a human not a robot. plenty of helpful 'how-to' videos which are informative and useful. “We have been very impressed with the range of windows on offer and the ease at which we can personalise the size and shape to our own specification. We require one window to be fitted by your team and we had an immediate response date for the survey to check we have measured our first floor window correctly. A quick call to the office ensured that I understood the time frame for the manufacture, delivery and fitting of this bedroom window. On another note, we appreciated gentle reminders of current building regulations re glass and ventilation. 5 star rating for the service so far.”

“70 years young cant stand these computer things with a bit of help from my grandson i have to say i found it exceptional easy to desing my french doors, you can chose from lots of different options and desings make as many changes as you want so easy to use and the price was was very resonable well pleased would recomend to my freinds and family.
