“They have a fantastic range. Once you have decided on a frame you can specify lots of different details. Frames are exactly in accordance with measurements and of good quality. Reasonably good installation instructions (and back up on the phone if necessary). Helpful staff and timely delivery. What more could you ask for?”

“i've had several doors and windows from modern and they are always good quality recently had an order and it was missing the handles pack, i gave them a ring and it was sorted straight away and a set arrived by post a few days later, no quibble, no fuss”

“Website is really intuitive and helpful, but surpassing this has been my experience of the customer service provided by the company. They bent over backwards to assist with short timelines for a few of the windows in my order, then provided a really reasonable, fair and customer focused support when I had made an error with one of my measurements. Shout out to Katy Field who was particularly helpful.”
