“I found the staff very helpful and pleasant to talk to , I had an issue with one of my panes of glass through no fault of the company but they endeavoured to assist and help me resolve the issue would highly recommend”

Upon investigation I can see that actually you have been refunded in full for your door, despite there being only very minor cosmetic damages to your UPVC panel, which we immediately offered to rectify for you via a replacement. “Website is excellent, the configuration section for designing your product is simple and intuitive to use. Secure payment methods always a bonus. Was hoping the delivery wouldn't be as much as it was but it is offset in the price of the product. Definitely recommend.m”
