“This is my fourth time ordering from Modern UPVC Windows. The online ordering process is very straightforward, with numerous options to choose from, in terms of style, colour and glazing. The quality of the product is top-notch. Customer service is excellent. Their pricing is the best value out there.”

“I do not recommend this company. Reasons: inaccurate measurements (I had to remove the underlay so the door could close properly — no such issue with the previous door), failure to meet installation deadlines, and cancellations on the same day. The installers were unable to adjust the door and said an engineer's visit was necessary. The door opens with resistance (I’m still waiting for the engineer). There is no flexibility with working hours — it’s not possible to schedule anything after 3 PM. The door arrived with scratches and is of poor quality. I strongly advise against using their services. I’ve exchanged over 20 emails, and the issues still haven’t been resolved. The amount of stress this door replacement has caused me is unimaginable.”
