“Have ordered before from this company, had no problem following instructions on their website, so wanted to use again. I have not had the latest window delivered yet, but I had to call to check some information before ordering, the young man on the phone answered quick and gave excellect customer service.”

“One of the best windows suppliers. I have used the company multiple times, and I'm extremely happy with their products and customer service. Easy to make your windows to the size you need. Practical tools and if in future add ablinds option to the windows will be perfect.”

“The website works very well indeed, which is so important! Information is retained if you have to leave the page and the checkout is straightforward too! I'm looking forward to receiving another great quality window, having moved away from local suppliers due to their big price increases!”

“Very good website. Easy to follow with clear and precise instructions. I used the Door Designer, it was so simple, as you select an item you can see the price change, so easy. Definitely use Modern UPVC Windows again.”

“Not a bad website, however It could be made better. For example, when ordering the options like doors, packers/fillers should be automatically added. Maybe I was doing it wrong , but I had to add another door to the basket to make additions and then remove the old one. Also, I'm not sure whether I will need cover strips as I have currently? Do these new doors take that into account?”
