“After a great start all of the equipment turned up as expected, however we were three glass panels short and since this date I have had to chase up for delivery on a number of occasions, and now I find out that the glass was delivered to the Factory but I have to wait a week for delivery as they only deliver in my area on a Tuesday. It made me feel that it was my problem not the supplier and to be told that I should not of fitted the frames until all of the product was delivered is just not acceptable how long do you expect me to delay my building extension. Ray Tomlinson”

Good Morning Ray, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback - I am sincerely sorry to hear that you have received a disjointed delivery service. I have looked into this and unfortunately your glass units were delayed to us from our glaziers and could not be included with your main delivery. The decision was made to not hold back your entire order. Once we received them, one was broken and the earliest we can route a van to your area is 13/09. This is partly due to the time needed to re-manufacture toughened glass and also we are bound by legal driving hours to keep our drivers safe. I fully appreciate that this is disappointing for you, and whilst we would never accept these circumstances as expected, we must deal with them as best as we can when they arise. Our advice to wait until your whole order is received and checked over before installing applies to all customers and avoids frustration. Kind Regards Katy Modern UPVC Windows.
