“Hi Have been recommended to try you, and so far very impressed. Although working out the hinge / handle positions on a Tilt and Turn was the only tricky bit. Saving changes was a tad tricky too. But grateful to be able to get triple glazing! Thanks, Andrew Tomlinson”

“I was in the market for a set of aluminum bi-fold doors, I spent the whole of a Saturday scouring the internet to do my research on price and specification, no other website was as user-friendly and comprehensive as that of Modern UPVC Windows, I was able to look up section sizes and options available to me all in the same place, to work correctly with my masonry set up, hence why I pressed the button with full confidence on the materials arriving correctly, and within timescales.”

“Excellent service, great prices and quality material. I have purchased UPVC door, flush-fit windows and Bi-Fold doors. Having bought my previous flush-fit windows from a different company all I can say is I wish I had found Modern UPVC first!! The whole process has been amazing from start to finish, the website is full of useful tips and information and there are also pop-ups to confirm you have thought of everything before you confirm your purchase. “As an internet-based business, first impressions of Modern UPVC Windows are determined by your website user's experience. As a site user, I am seeking, in essence, to 'design' a thermal element in compliance with Part L, to know how much it will cost and to have a visual indication/presentation of what it will look like. You therefore need to put yourself in my position and consider how your website can better support me in the attainment of my goals. For example, a summary of all pertinent information that may facilitate sign-off by a building control officer. In a nutshell, you need to determine what your users are seeking to do (e.g. design, cost, present, procure, fit and sign off a thermal element) and then develop your site such that it supports the user to attain their goals. If you have different categories of users and/or sets of goals, you may wish to consider tailoring your site to accord with the user's situation. Modern UPVC Windows may then become the first UPVC window manufacturer with a 'smart' user-focused website. One which may enable and support the user to increase their productivity in partnership with you!”
