“I have just placed an order for one bedroom window, I found the company online via Google I was very impressed with the whole website it explained the the measuring process very clearly. As one goes through to ordering, it lists all the options of what you do or do not want. I now await a delivery date and when the window arrives and will return to comment on the whole thing. Richard Johnson”

“So far very pleased with process. Staff helpful. I liked the website as I could customise sizes to suit me so I knew what I was ordering was clear (rather than relying on a follow up call), which other companies don't seem to offer. Video on measuring up was really helpful and estimated lead time was good too.”

“Buying experience is extremely easy, from design to order. I had previously ordered a door, and due to problems with plannig permission, I had to cancel the order. I was absolutely pleased with their customer service, very understanding and refunded the order imediately! Now that the permission has been granted, I have reordered the correct one.”
