“First time user. Very friendly Website easy to navigate, clear to use option buttons, packed with useful information and legal requirements that are handy especially for someone not in a trade. Personaly I would love to have more pictures of the products with options salected. Having some questions I have used a chat option - not immediate response, however it ended up with a call that covered all my questions. So far great experience!”

“Bought my windows back in 2023 and still as happy with them today as I was back in 2023 good well made windows with good customer care.I had a small problem with one of the door locking system and contacted them and they quickly sent me a replacement part. it’s nice to know that in the unlikely event that something does go wrong they are there for you.see photos of before and after below”

“Fantastic quality windows at an unbelievable price. Like a fool I ordered the wrong sized window with a typo and didn’t check my order, thankfully i was very lucky and supported by the sales team (Tom) I wasn’t hung out to dry they helped me every step. Cannot recommend this company more to be honest!! Delivery on time and swift. Will be coming back for sure, don’t waste your money on other companies that just clearly rip you off!!”
