“This is the second time I have used Modern UPVC Windows and the service has been exemplary from order through to fulfilment and delivery. This occasion I reached out to their technical support who reponded back quickly and the ensuing phone conversation was both informative and helpful resolving all of my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. The web-site is very easy to use and contains most if not all of the product info needed to configure and order your windows. I am particularly pleased with the quality and finish of the flush windows I have recently installed.”

“A very easy transation with everything clear on the page from design to costings. Very helpful customer service anble to cope with a small design change at the last minute. Delivered early in the morning, well packed and in perfect condition. Good quality window that was easy to fit. It would have been slightly more helpful if the website contained a pdf or other text document showing how to install the window, particularly details of the joint between the cill and the frame and the best technique to fit the glass with very tight glazing beads. They do have a timelapse video of a professional installation being done but that doesn't show much detail and as it has the fitter's head or hands in the way a lot of the time it's not very useful.”

“So pleased when my builder said he had used your windows before as when I found this site I was thrilled at the value for money as well as the ease of ordering. Had the builder and fitter check all the measurements and help me through the order process to ensure I made no errors but it was so straightforward and absolutely common sense taking me through each step. Delighted to say that the choice of glass for the bathroom window was huge, so many beautiful patterns with ratings for how clear/opaque for each one enabling me to decide the right one for our Victorian house. Overall so pleased and now await my delivery date. Thank you.”

“I needed a window and door for a shed conversion to a garden office, and these were delivered exactly as per the order. However, as this was for a shed conversion, there were various technical details/dimensions I needed advice on before placing the order, so (noting the company website invites us to contact them about our projects and they will be happy to discuss) I emailed customer services with a detailed drawing and various photos of my project. After waiting a week for a reply, I sent a follow up email and managed to speak to customer services who promised to chase up the response. I still never received a response, so I relied on the the company's online drawings, took a risk and (luckily!) there were no technical issues with the delivered door and window fitting correctly and meeting my needs. I am just very disappointed in the lack of response and supposedly zero interest in discussing technical things before showing commitment by placing an order.”

“Excellent service the first time round when ordering bathroom window, when I needed to add a knock-on to the top profile after ordering online, however side uprights were not 70mm which gave a problem to over come when tiling but just about got away with it. Delivered was on time. I’m now ordering a French Window for the back bedroom, side profile not an issue this time.”
