“Pip was really helpful when we went to the showroom to finalise our large order. She knew the rules regarding fire escape openings, and gave good advice regarding a shortage of one particular obscure glass, which would avoid delays. On the IT side, although the design and visualisation tool is brilliant, it is let down by the limited size of an order in the basket and the lack of a facility to edit an item without creating a new line item. The showroom also needs much better 'daylight' lights to allow colour comparisons.”

“I have been using Modern UPVC windows as my supplier now for a number of years. I cant fault them. ive never had an issue with the quality of the products or the delivery. they are always competitively priced. the technical department has also been great in advising me on technical issues on site.”
