“I purchased two doors and two windows back in 2021 when getting hold of building materials was difficult and lead times were high. Reasonable lead times all things considered, some items were ready before others so I collected some of the items when ready and arranged for the longer lead time door to be delivered later. The customer service was second to none, John was particularly helpful on the phone in answering any questions I had. Very accomodating ref. the delivery. There was one problem with one of the glass units which was resolved very quickly and without a fuss. That's why I've just ordered with you again for the latest project (garden office).”

“I found the website for designing the windows we require extremely helpful in guiding you through the design and selection process. I have only ordered 2 windows at this point but will need a further 2 windows and a door in the near future for my current extension project, but if the quality of the rest of the service works out as well as the design and ordering process I will certainly be back in the near future for the rest of the items I require.”
