Founded with mullets and a mission by students in the 60's, BUNAC has been running its legendary Summer Camp USA program since 1972. From coaching soccer to teaching crafts - it’s the chance to turn your passion into a paid job, impact the lives of children and young people, and spend the summer living in epic locations with the best 18-30s you’ve ever met. And because 5% of profits go to our Youth Access Scholarship Fund, you can travel happy knowing that BUNAC works for others too.

“Ben was really helpful and clear when answering any questions I had regarding the IEC visa process. He was also very enthusiastic and helped me to consider other options in the event that I fail to secure a ski season for Canada this winter. Thank you Ben!”

“BUNAC have been great! Really informative, incredibly helpful and always there to answer any questions I had. I would recommend BUNAC 100%! I had an amazing time at camp in New York State and am currently in San Diego having travelled to San Francisco and Honolulu, with trips to Vegas, the Grand Canyon and New Orleans before heading back to NYC and home. Thanks BUNAC!”

“When I first contacted BUNAC, I was told they couldn't attend to me until I further explained myself. Positives: -You guys were a bit responsive to queries and questions Things to improve upon: -I think the process is quite clear but laborious. It took me and my colleagues 3 months to fully present all the documents that needed to be approved. You guys can further streamline the process and make it easier.”

“The BUNAC care about my internship was outstanding - from the very first e-mail to the call I've done it I could feel that BUNAC was trying to truly understand how was my experience in the internship (which was great btw) and also how much I've enjoyed living in the UK. Really grateful for making me reflect on my learnings and providing me the safe space I needed.”

“Previously used camp America who unfortunately were an easier company to work with. their paperwork & visa proceeds was a lot easier & less time consuming plus the communication with bunac varied. I was told i didn’t have to travel for my visa by bunac & then had to organise super expensive travel last minute to obtain the visa.”

“I could not recommend BUNAC enough! Right from the get-go they were super responsive to emails and were always on hand to answer any questions I had. They gave me a lot of support while I was on my BUNAC project and I'm so grateful for everything they did to help me out!!”

“I was very happy with how easy it was to get my second IEC visa for Canada with BUNAC. Help and advice was always just an email away, and I had my visa approved within 2 months. Couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone who needs a second visa or does not meet other entry requirements.”

“I have had a great time with BUNAC. They have been so helpful, informative and prompt with answering any questions or queries I had. Throughout the application process they explained in detail all that we needed to do for the process to go smoothly and now that I’m in the States, HAVING AN AMAZING TIME! (I’m currently writing this review whilst at a Yankees game!) I know they’re only an email away if I need help. Thanks BUNAC!”

“Not very impressed with my service from Emma on the US team. She was very curt - I felt like I was paining her by asking her questions pertaining to the service this company provides. She answered my questions in a rude manner and cut me off a few times. I have had good interactions with other Bunac team members - this is the first one that made me want to take my business elsewhere. I hesitated before calling Bunac again today as I genuinely did not feel comfortable with the idea of talking to her again. With good reason as I was met with the same deflating attitude from her.”

“I am yet to commit to a trip with BUNAC but after talking to Ben Alderson, a Work Abroad Expert at BUNAC, I felt more confident that this was the perfect structure to start off my gap year as a fresh college graduate. It seems to have all the tools to start off with a bang, connect you with people your age, and provide support for logistical issues. “I rang up and spoke to Ben and he was so helpful and friendly. No question was unanswered and I was so happy after the call. I wasn’t too sure where to start my travels and Ben guided me and told me about his personal travelling experience. I have now put my deposit down and can’t wait to start my journey.
