About BUNAC:

Founded with mullets and a mission by students in the 60's, BUNAC has been running its legendary Summer Camp USA program since 1972. From coaching soccer to teaching crafts - it’s the chance to turn your passion into a paid job, impact the lives of children and young people, and spend the summer living in epic locations with the best 18-30s you’ve ever met. And because 5% of profits go to our Youth Access Scholarship Fund, you can travel happy knowing that BUNAC works for others too.

“As a first time applicant for Camp America, BUNAC have been absolutely amazing in supporting me through the process. Everything has been so clear and it has been a really smooth process which makes it so much easier. In particular, Evie Woodings has been my first point of call throughout the process and has been wonderful to work with. She gets back to me with answers so quick, her replies are in such detail and she is so informative on the process and everything about camp. Would really recommend her support to anyone!”

“Bunac is an amazing company. They have been there for me every step of the way. I’ve mostly had help from Cara and Amy, and they have been super kind and supportive. The bunac team has been there for me every step of the way, from applying a year ago to now having my visa and soon leaving to work in the USA. I recommend Bunac to everyone, they have the best team and are just truly amazing people.”

“They helped me every single steps of the process, from day one to your arrival date. Instructions are very simple they guide you through with everything, visa process, finding a camp, and whatever questions you may have (always ask questions). Definitely recommend to go to when it’s your first time going to summer camp.”

“This agency is widely used by Chinese people, and a friend recommended it to me. It’s also a direct way to communicate with IENA. I think they reply very quickly, which shows that their teachers and staff are very responsible. They’re also quite patient and helpful, so I think it’s pretty good for me. Future applicants can consider it as well.”

“I honestly cannot recommend BUNAC enough! From the very beginning of my Camp application process, the experience has been absolutely amazing. Applying for something like this can feel overwhelming, but the entire team at BUNAC made everything so straightforward and stress-free. Every step of the way, they were incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely encouraging. No question ever felt too small, and they always took the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable everyone was — every conversation felt personal rather than just transactional. Their email responses were impressively fast, which made such a difference when I needed reassurance or clarification about parts of my application. Knowing I could rely on quick and detailed replies gave me so much confidence throughout the process. It’s clear that the team truly cares about helping applicants succeed and have the best possible experience. “BUNAC is just great! The staff Amy, Cara and Niall are awesome. If I've had any problems with anything during the Summer Camp process, they have always been there to help. They reply sooo quickly. If I send an email, I get such a fast respone detailing exactly what I need to do and they give the best tips and ideas. Once again Thankyou so much BUNAC. I can't wait for summer camp this year as a first timer. 😊”

“Do not use this agency they are so frustrating to work with Half the time u can’t log into ur account or they actually just never reply to you And there help phone number doesn’t even work Would hate to thing if an emergency happened while overseas because this company would be absolutely useless It’s so badly organised and they don’t care about you save ur money and go somewhere else”

From what we can see, you’re booked to return to camp this summer, and we’ve been sending weekly updates to your BUNAC account. If you’re having trouble reaching us by phone, please let us know the number you’ve been calling so we can look into it, our lines are currently working at a 98% connection rate. We’d also love to quickly sort the login issue for you. It would help to know whether this is your BUNAC account or yourvisa sponsorship portal, as they’re different systems. Our team is very happy to guide you through it step-by-step. We genuinely care about our participants and never want anyone to feel unsupported, especially while preparing to travel. We also have a dedicated emergency phone number and an in-country team available directly should you ever need urgent support while overseas.
