OMG !!!! i had this agency recommend to me by someone i know and they definitely did not disappoint. I was helped through every stage carefully and any questions i had i emailed them and they got back to me no later than the day i emailed them with every enquiry i had !! as this was my first time signing up for summer camp i had no idea what i was doing but the bunac team have been nothing but exceptional with me. If i decide to go again next year in no thought am i going with another agency that is not bunac ☺️ Thank you so much Bunac team Emma xx

Me and two other students had a tough time entering the country because they did not give us stamps in the airport, and so BUNAC threatened to make us leave and re-enter the country even though everything was fine. Unfortunately this situation fell on a bank holiday where we heard absolutely nothing from BUNAC for an entire weekend, so we had no idea whether we would have to pay for flights to leave and re-enter the country. Come Tuesday they told us we were okay, but this does not take away the fact that this was a very stressful situation for us students that not all of us have the means to handle. The entire process was stressful and completely avoidable. I hope that in the future BUNAC will account for these situations and help their students instead of just threatening to make them leave the country for no reason, and then give no response for days on end.

Bunac did a great job guiding us through the VISA application process. However, when I was told to submit proof of entry they denied my documents without looking at them. They then told me I had to leave the country and reenter. Fortunately I waited for the bank holiday to end because I wanted them to look at my documents again--they did and it was fine. But for four days I thought I was going to pay out of pocket to leave and come back for no reason which is stressful in itself. I also had to miss a few days of my internship because I could not work in case my visa was not valid which was really disappointing as it was the first few days. While I would have liked more care on their part in this situation overall they were nice and helpful.

Bunac made the Visa and application process much easier and gave me more safety. Also, I think the check ins are a really good idea to make people feel more comfortable.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Sarah for being so lovely on the phone. She was really friendly and easy to talk to, and honestly just came across as such a nice person. It made the whole experience feel really positive. She explained things clearly and took her time which I really appreciated. You can tell she cares and it defintely left me with a great impression of Jenza. Thanks again Sarah!

So helpful throughout all stages, everything was clear and easy to understand. Any emails I sent always had a reply the same day. Would definitely reccomend using this agency to anyone!! :)

Amy Day deserves the world! Me & my friend are both doing summer camp programs and she has been immeasurably helpful - quick responses that are clear and easy to understand, helping us so much! I’ve had a few experiences with BUNAC that I haven’t loved over the process, but every time i’ve interacted with Amy she has simply made my day!

I came across this agency while scrolling through TikTok looking for options, and I decided to give them a try. I was a bit nervous at first since I’m Jamaican and wasn’t sure if they worked with people from countries outside the UK and a few others. But honestly, the support was great! I was guided and informed through every stage of the process. They’re also really quick to respond to emails if you have any questions or concerns. If I decide to go again next year, this will definitely be the agency I choose.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Cara Smith and Amy Day from Bunac. I had some last minute questions regarding my embassy appointment and documents - just to triple check everything as I was understandably nervous about my appointment. I was helped by Cara and she answered everything and didn't make me feel as if I was annoying her with lots of questions!

Through my camp America experience leading up to camp, they have been very helpful and very understanding if I was having an issues no matter too big or too small they were really there to help. I couldn’t recommend this agency enough to the first timers next year

Worst experience ever. They first charge 400£ without reviewing my application. Now they said you are not eligible and giving me refund of just 160£.

Hi Shehroze, Thank you for sharing your review. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Based on the information provided in your application, you met all the eligibility criteria for the Summer Camp USA program, including confirming your availability to work for the full 9 weeks from June 20th. Unfortunately, it later became clear during the sponsorship application that this availability was not accurate, as you would be attending school during the summer period. As a result, we're unable to move participants forward in the process if they’re not available for the full program dates. We understand this is disappointing and appreciate your understanding. BUNAC
