just had the best phone call that has put ALL my worries to bed before applying!! Roisin was amazing and will be applying very shortly!! Bunac definitely the most helpful since i’ve started looking at various agency’s

Genuinely so unhelpful and slow with the entire process. Support doesn't answer and BUNAC can't fulfill their sole purpose on time unless you give them 50 days notice.

The people at the company are nice, however, the policies that are implemented for an individual entering the UK for the first time are highly confusing and borderline annoying to the point of anger. The emails were highly concerning because they insinuated that making a mistake could have serious consequences, but there were no examples of how to fill out the forms. Emails were sent stating that deadlines were already past due; this suggests that I was sent a reminder regarding the upcoming submission deadlines, but looking at my email history, that was not the case. The rhetoric aimed toward interns who have paid money to utilize your service makes it seem like you are paying us to get stuff done. The process seemed highly unorganized and unclear to users from start to finish and there was no clarity on how to fill out the information. Disappointment and frustration are understatements of how I feel this experience went. Please provide more distinct information and expectations for future users. [Note: I had a wonderful time with my internship, but I found the company outside of BUNAC.]

Thank you for providing your feedback and expressing your disappointment with your experience. Unfortunately, as the visa sponsor, we must adhere to strict timelines and gather all required data in line with your visa. Otherwise failure to do so could, as you mentioned, have serious consequences, such as not granting sponsorship or termination of your sponsorship while in the country. We do email you to complete three tasks upon starting your internship: fill out the UK entry form, upload a copy of your visa and the proof of entry. We then send reminders if any tasks are missing, providing details on how to help you with this. Any other communications from BUNAC will relate to your monthly check-ins, required as part of your visa sponsorship. If you have not completed more than two check-ins, you will receive further email reminders unfortuently chasing these. We would always recommend you check your junk mail if you have not recieved any of the above and your BUNAC account, which documents each stage for you. We can assure you we are not taking your money to just 'get stuff done', but instead ensure that you are staying compliant within your internship and visa sponsorship to be in the UK. We will be sure to take your feedback directly to our Intern UK department, to continue to review our information and expecations and thank you for this. We are glad you did however enjoy your internship in the UK and we hope you learnt alot. Thanks - The BUNAC Team

BUNAC was overall an amazing program to assist me in my UK internship visa process. I don't think I would've been able to complete the visa applications and receive approval if it weren't for BUNAC's help and fast processing times. They check in on you and keep track of your internship pace which I appreciate, and always there for any questions. Customer service was great and fast as well. Although it is on the pricier side, you are in the end paying for the efficiency, convenience and assistance they provide at the highest-quality.

I found the BUNAC Working Holiday in Canada Program through a recommendation from a family member, and I couldn't be more pleased with the process so far! Like many looking to travel on a Working Holiday Visa, I had lots of questions about the best way to go about securing a seasonal job, accommodation, and all the necessary paperwork. I emailed the BUNAC team and was helped by the wonderful Catriona, who was quick to answer all of my queries and quell any worries I had. I'm so thankful to have had someone knowledgeable to turn to through each step of my journey so far! A huge thank you to the BUNAC team and Catriona!

This process was made incredibly simple via Bunac, everything I needed to do was clear and understandable and the customer service was also useful anytime that I reached out. HOWEVER, the cost of this service is incredibly expensive to the point that I question whether or not (from a business perspective) bunac is taking advantage of persons in a similar situation to mine. I am a student who was looking for work abroad for two months during the summer. Looking back on my experience, this sort of service would be a bargain if I were working abroad for at least 6 months instead of two months. So, minus 1 star because of the high price, which is stacked on top of the already expensive visa application cost, but 4 for a reliable yet easy to navigate process.

They were highly efficient with the visa process, making it much easier than the standard government route. It is a little pricy but for the service, I think it is worth it if you don't need rush processing. They were also very professional throughout the study abroad program, ensuring the students were in the right places and safe.

BUNAC was very helpful in the process of obtaining the relevant items for an internship we were setting up recently. BUNAC made my dream of living abroad possible at a reasonable price, but it certainly had its kinks. For the most part staff was helpful although at various stages it gets harder and harder to reach people to answer your questions, and I often got referred back and forth by people. Overall straightforward process, but don't expect your hand to be held. If you are using BUNAC's Job Hub, be weary of what companies you are interviewing for and do your research before committing to work somewhere. I did a couple of interviews with people who actually made me question if this program was legit, LOL. The company I chose and internship overall was fine, it was just abundantly clear that their motive was to get free/cheap labor through this program and not to "teach me valuable experience for the workforce and make memories that will last a lifetime." Yeah no. I really loved living in the UK and experiencing working life in London, so overall my experience was about a 7. I would and have recommended BUNAC to people, I just think it is important to note these details!
