understand. I will start by pointing out that BUNAC has a real speed of response when we have a question to ask. The procedure is also very simple to carry out and does not take a head. For the rest, I did not see the usefulness of a "sponsor" other than to meet the mandatory criterion to obtain a VISA. I completed my internship with my supervisors of the internship company and had even forgotten BUNAC before realizing that I had 4 reminder emails to complete a "Monthly Report". 1400€ for a dematerialized paper plus monthly reports to complete seems to me very high as price... I would be delighted if BUNAC explained to me what my 1400€ went into and I would like to see how they have been beneficial... I specify that in addition to the price of BUNAC I had to add 300 € of VISA procedure fees to the English government so really I do not see the justification for such a price...

Sadly none of the jobs I applied for with Bunac in Canada over a month and a half never even messaged me. Got refunded everything except the deposit thankfully. Basically paid £100 for absolutely nothing sadly. People who work here are nice but yeah hopefully if you plan on applying with Bunac you don't get ghosted by all the applications the offer you. Good luck!

The only step this company made easy was they had simple power points to follow when applying for the actual visa. However trying to receive any help or information is awful after you’ve secured the visa. Take weeks to reply to emails, get ignored half the time, they don’t actually answer the questions you’re asking. I don’t think it’s worth the price you pay. They don’t even care enough to spell your name correctly in correspondence.

I had a very good experience with BUNAC, the customer service is very quick to answer and helpful, and all my expectations were met. I applied for my Visa very succesfully and was able to complete an internship that is very valuable for my professional future. The only comment I would make would be that the service is in my opinion very expensive, and I also had to pay additional fees for in-person meetings with my internship host.

For my part, I had already found my internship in the United Kingdom. BUNAC was only to serve me as a sponsor to please administrative people whose meaning I do not always understand. No refund on a £700 course after never even booking flights or accepting the contract for a job is absolutely ridiculous, understandable if accommodation has been taken but still 4 months from going out to just keep the money after all that is simply unbelievable

Everything went very well with BUNAC. The response to my email was very quick and once I'd uploaded a document, it was accepted very quickly. The communication was great and the emails to remind me of something were very appreciated. I felt supported before and during my internship. Thank you!

They are asking way to many questions during my internship. I've loads of work to do and BUNAC keeps asking questions that are not really important. It's annoying.

Genuinely so unhelpful and slow with the entire process. Support doesn't answer and BUNAC can't fulfill their sole purpose on time unless you give them 50 days notice.

The people at the company are nice, however, the policies that are implemented for an individual entering the UK for the first time are highly confusing and borderline annoying to the point of anger. The emails were highly concerning because they insinuated that making a mistake could have serious consequences, but there were no examples of how to fill out the forms. Emails were sent stating that deadlines were already past due; this suggests that I was sent a reminder regarding the upcoming submission deadlines, but looking at my email history, that was not the case. The rhetoric aimed toward interns who have paid money to utilize your service makes it seem like you are paying us to get stuff done. The process seemed highly unorganized and unclear to users from start to finish and there was no clarity on how to fill out the information. Disappointment and frustration are understatements of how I feel this experience went. Please provide more distinct information and expectations for future users. [Note: I had a wonderful time with my internship, but I found the company outside of BUNAC.]

Thank you for providing your feedback and expressing your disappointment with your experience. Unfortunately, as the visa sponsor, we must adhere to strict timelines and gather all required data in line with your visa. Otherwise failure to do so could, as you mentioned, have serious consequences, such as not granting sponsorship or termination of your sponsorship while in the country. We do email you to complete three tasks upon starting your internship: fill out the UK entry form, upload a copy of your visa and the proof of entry. We then send reminders if any tasks are missing, providing details on how to help you with this. Any other communications from BUNAC will relate to your monthly check-ins, required as part of your visa sponsorship. If you have not completed more than two check-ins, you will receive further email reminders unfortuently chasing these. We would always recommend you check your junk mail if you have not recieved any of the above and your BUNAC account, which documents each stage for you. We can assure you we are not taking your money to just 'get stuff done', but instead ensure that you are staying compliant within your internship and visa sponsorship to be in the UK. We will be sure to take your feedback directly to our Intern UK department, to continue to review our information and expecations and thank you for this. We are glad you did however enjoy your internship in the UK and we hope you learnt alot. Thanks - The BUNAC Team
