“Not very impressed didn’t get my order in time paid for a 2-3 day service got it on a 11 day service and wasn’t even offered a refund on the difference you shouldn’t have offered the express service if you couldn’t supply it”

I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service. We do advise customers at checkout in bold red text that due to Covid 19 orders may experience significant delays

“Can't give an accurate star rating yet as nothing has arrived so far. Price, range and ordering process seemed fine, but obviously we need to have the stuff before we can properly evaluate the service.”

“Waited over 3 week for my order. Needed tile bits for a bathroom fit but they didn’t come in time. When I contacted them to see where my order was they said it was stuck in the system and asked if I still wanted them? What a joke.”

I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. We do deal with thousands of orders a week and we are unfortunately very occasionally hit with a slight technical Glitch such as the one that occurred with your order.
