“The materials bought were fine and a reasonable price. The communication could be improved Specifically, I was told that I would receive an email confirmation of my order - I didn't. Also it would be helpful to be told when the goods have been dispatched.”

“Good quality kit at a very reasonable price, and considerably cheaper than most. No order processing at the weekend though, which caught me out on my expected delivery window. My fault there, but something to be aware of.”

“When the clamp arrived it was completely and tightly covered in black shrink wrap cellophane which was difficult to get off. This was a tad unnecessary and environmentally wasteful in my opinion. Clark clamp worked a treat though.”

“Easy to order online, with good pricing and delivery. My only negative is that you can’t just phone customer service, you have to either email or book an appointment (usually the next week). This is frustrating when trying plan delivery dates.”

“Item as described. Delivered quick. The only gripe I had was that all the outside packaging had come away revelling the item. As this is a birthday present I was disappointed. Haven't yet looked at item as not his birthday until Friday.”

“Item arrived. There was a bit of damage on it but soon fixed it as I needed to use it that day. Did notify supplier what asked if packaging was damaged which it wasn't. So used it and works fine.”
