“Good product and fairly quick delivery but poor communication no direct email confirmation of the order.Very poor packaging on products no bubble wrap 4 items ( 4 spray cans of varnish)were loose withinn a big envelope which had burst open.Fortunately royal mail still delivered it having resealed it themselves with official tape.”

“I do apologise for the rating but here is why. We took delivery of the product we ordered in 2 separate vehicles in 2 separate times on the same day, wether that was your fault or not I don’t know. But as we opened our first tin of paint from it’s box , we found the plastic bag inside the box to be full of paint. The lid was not closed securely & so more paint was in the bag than in the tin. We were awarded a 50% refund on that. Problem was , & we did not contact you or complain about this, maybe we should have, was on opening the 2nd delivery of 2 tins, one of those was exactly the same. Instead of 3 tins of paint we probably got 2.”

“Disappointed. Ordered two boxes of nails and paid £5 postage. A 'stocking error' meant only one set of nails were in stock, making the only set I received more expensive than elsewhere. The out of stock item was also still listed as available for sale a week after. Do not trust stock level indicators.”
