I do apologise for the rating but here is why. We took delivery of the product we ordered in 2 separate vehicles in 2 separate times on the same day, wether that was your fault or not I don’t know. But as we opened our first tin of paint from it’s box , we found the plastic bag inside the box to be full of paint. The lid was not closed securely & so more paint was in the bag than in the tin. We were awarded a 50% refund on that. Problem was , & we did not contact you or complain about this, maybe we should have, was on opening the 2nd delivery of 2 tins, one of those was exactly the same. Instead of 3 tins of paint we probably got 2.
