“very helpful, the first delivery got lost, the second damaged but the customer support was excellent and replacements sent immediately. Maybe need to invest in a better courier company but excellent service and good products?”

“Good price on composite decking for Black Friday prompted my order. The look and feel of the boards is excellent when they arrived - had been a little concerned about not having ordered sample beforehand, but I needn't have worried. Builder's Marketplace were quick to respond when we had minor problem with delivery - it split into 2 separate days by courier. Delivery was a couple of days later than forecast but at present in December this seems to be normal situation with all deliveries.”

“Didn't send us an order confirmation, which was disappointing. We didn't know when our order was going to be delivered and couldn't track it. It just turned up! Product was good though and delivery fairly quick, so 4 stars”
