It is disheartening to hear that our service did not meet your expectations, especially after eight years of business together. We regret that the skip delivery issue caused frustration and that our communication fell short during this period. Your concerns regarding the end of the contract and the lack of acknowledgment are taken very seriously. Our team are currently looking into the issues that you have raised and will be in touch with you over the phone to discuss further.

“had a WWL and the driver Terry was more than helpfull, he went above and beyond helping me load the skip despite it being on the second floor of flats. dont think i would have finished the job if it wasnt for him. Cheers Terry”

“Sneaky technique from both companies (lbs waste and browns), we had loaded the skip in 7 minutes whilst the company tried to figure out what the wait and load policy was. Never when I booked was I told that there would be a wait and load cost but they knew that we needed the skip to go the same day, they used this as a bargaining chip to get £35 out of me. The driver we saw drove off around the corner instead of just taking the skip with him. Initially lbs waste told me they didn't have any 4yard skips when I asked about them because they tried to upsell the larger skip. Both browns and lbs waste are sneaky companies so be aware! Happy we don't have to use these companies weekly!”
