“Ordering the skip was a very easy process, I found the call handler to be very helpful and knowledgeable, I found the cost of the skip hire to be very competitive. The skip was delivered by their driver (Terry) very close to the arranged time and positioned the skip in an ideal location to suit my needs, once filled I contacted let them to let know that it was ready for collection it was collected and removed very shortly afterwards. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for any future projects that would require skip hire.”

“Im unable to delete my previous annonymous review of 1 star so I wanted to come back on here to say my issues have been addressed and im satisfied with that resolution. Over 8 years they collected our business waste, never an issue and never had to worry about failed collections, was able to ugrade to larger bins at peak times then change to smaller, over the years ive recomended them to many local business'. “Sneaky technique from both companies (lbs waste and browns), we had loaded the skip in 7 minutes whilst the company tried to figure out what the wait and load policy was. Never when I booked was I told that there would be a wait and load cost but they knew that we needed the skip to go the same day, they used this as a bargaining chip to get £35 out of me. The driver we saw drove off around the corner instead of just taking the skip with him. Initially lbs waste told me they didn't have any 4yard skips when I asked about them because they tried to upsell the larger skip. Both browns and lbs waste are sneaky companies so be aware! Happy we don't have to use these companies weekly!”
