“It was my first time collecting at Brown's. On arrival, the two young men on the weighbridge were really professional and helpful. Didn't get their names. One was blond, the other dark hair and specs. Both explained very well and clearly how things worked, showing me a map of where I needed to be and how their system worked once I had been loaded. Once I had driven around to the loading sheds and it was my turn to be loaded a fella by the name of Shaggy guided me in through the gates to the loading bay, he was very good at explaining were i needed to be and also explained the best way to reverse in to the required area aming it much easier, another nice friendly fella. Well organised recycling company. Although areas are very tight to menouver a massive HGV, there was always someone on hand to watch you back. All round good friendly staff who were all really professional and helpful.”

“Just had a brilliant experience with shaggy and Jack talked me through the best way to reverse in to the yard. Whilst reversing I was given very clear verbal and visual instructions which made it so much easier. Both where polite, helpful and professional”

“Shaggy (the banksman) reverse me onto the ramp perfectly on my blind side into a tight corner in one maneuver. Very polite and helpful. Fully deserving of the five stars. I'd have given him a 10 if I could!”
