One of your vehicles came through our village today at a very fast speed. This is not the first time. The vehicle is travelling on New Road, Hixon heading for the Airfield industrial estate. This is not what you would expect at 4.10am in the morning please ask him to slow down. Thank you

I had one of your lorries less than a foot behind me on the A500 in Stoke today. There was a lot of traffic and I was leaving a safe distance. His driving was extremely dangerous .

Outstanding service each and every time by David Cooper, he goes above and beyond to help as best as he can. Each time I request a skip, it is sorted out within the hour.

I contacted Browns as I was unhappy with the waste management service I was currently receiving. From the initial phone call Ive always found all the staff at Browns to be highly professional, and strive to deliver an A1 service. David our accounts manager is always on hand, and is quick to respond to any queries. He always goes above and beyond to assist with our project and I look forward to working with Browns on an ongoing basis.

Hi...Ray dropped a Skip with us in Wildwood/Stafford today 8am ish...he was fantastic. Very professional, efficient and friendly. I'd like to pass on both my thanks and my apologies (I held him up slightly as had to move cars!)... Ray was very patient, polite and really helpful in advising where to place the Skip - very considerate and really impressive in a great slick delivery.

Phone call to say the skip was turning up in 15 mins, I kept my contractors around to load the new one. It never turned up, costing me money to keep the men around for nothing. I Phoned up to enquire, response was there was a traffic issue last night, I said why didn’t you phone to tell me, response ‘oh you’d want a phone call to say it wasn’t turning up?’

booked skip for yesterday, rang at 10.30 and was told due to demand it was going to be delivered on 15th, today instead, as no time could be given, l was up at 6.30 am on both days. A e mail or phone call would have taken minutes to inform of the changes. Skip delivered today by Bob, who was brilliant, very pleasant and managed to manoeuvre through a very tight gate without any damage. Well done Bob.

Very happy with both delivery and collection of my 8yrd skip. Ray showed considerable respect for the fabric of the building, Trentham Hall, whilst dropping and later removal, with delicate maneuvering. Will look forward to using again in the future.

Booked a specific date over the bank holiday for the Tuesday. The date and booking were both confirmed via email and money taken. My husband booked day off work time for receipt of skip. Then in the morning we received a sketchy email stating due to demand they are unable to promise the booked date!!! No follow up with alternatives or anything. So I phoned them up, only to be told we are looking at later in the week! When I asked why were bookings confirmed , the man just said “oh sorry about that”. Absolutely ridiculous that they did not state anything on their website about this!!! Then, just to add extra inconvenience, he then tells me my refund will take up to five days!!!! Joke of a company!!!!!

I ordered a skip which was meant to be delivered this morning. I chased it up to be told that it is now being delivered tomorrow. I honestly wouldn't of minded if someone had contacted me to let me know of the delay!

I phoned for a skip yesterday it arrived this morning we filled it up so I rang them to say it was ready for collection within five minutes the driver arrived and took it Absolutely first class service as I always get and at a very competitive price if you need a skip don't look and further than H brown and sons because they cannot be beaten 5 star service guaranteed.

Great service via telephone booking - very helpful. Skip delivered by a really great bloke by the name of Ray. Very accommodating and went out of his way to please. Nice to see someone happy in their work.
