I placed my order on 6th April and have not received it as of yet, I was told by Brooks it would that it would be delivered by this wed Wednesday 29th April at the latest .
That is a long time from Purchase date to delivery .
I paid nearly €200 for the product so would have expected delivery much earlier .

“About 6 months ago I ordered a load of osb and 2x4s for some garage storage.. Brooks driver Nick called the day before to inform me what time he would be delivering and carried everything into the garage..
More recently I ordered about 20 bags of Kiln dried sand for a large driveway.. when Nick called to confirm delivery, i explained i wouldnt be around and again Nick carried everything into the garage without complaint.. staff like Nick is the reason I will continue using Brooks.”
