Hello, Thank you for your review. I believe we have already discussed this issue and, if I remember correctly, it was a yeast that was lost from the corner of a cardboard box. We are looking into one of two methods to resolve this issue. The first is to attach the yeast to larger items with tape. The second is to put smaller items in a bag or envelope and sellotape it to the inside of the box. We will test these over the next months and see which performs best. Yours, Brew Mart.

“Not for the first time, I was let down by Brew Mart. Placed an order for a kit supposedly in stock, but it was not dispatched on time. Upon enquiring Brew Mart had apparently had a run on that particular kit (strange that it has happened 3 times). Probably won't use them in future.”

Hello Douglas, I'm sorry about your frustration when ordering the Vine Co. wine kits. As discussed previously, there was a run on the item on the first order, which you cancelled. I believe we also explained that the status "Available to order" means a customer can order the product when stock is not available and will be actioned as soon as stock becomes available. Regarding the VINE Co kits you ordered, it took about six weeks for the products to be shipped from Canada. During this time, you placed two more orders. The first of which you cancelled again and the ultimate one we managed to fulfil once stock had arrived in the UK from Canada. Yours, Brew Mart.
