“Very poor customer service. I ordered a beer kit and I noticed it was 10 months over the best before date! I sent an email and no reply. So I called, and was told to use it anyway. The yeast didn't start and I bought another pack. I sent an email to ask if any refund, partial refund or substitution could be arranged and again no reply! If all goes well with an order, nothing wrong. If you need help, choose a different company.”

“I am a newbie at the whole home brewing process and wanted not only to save money but make a quality pint. From the very start the customer service was second to none. From friendly, helpful customer service to the prompt delivery, everything went smoothly. I just hope my beer is as smooth as the service. Now fermentation has stopped I will go onto the next stage. I think from now until the first taste of my home brew I'm looking at about 4 weeks. 2 weeks to bottle and then a further 2 weeks bottled and stored ready. Wish me luck 🤞 I have big hopes for my first effort. But again I cannot fault these guys at all.”
