“Ordered 2 wine kits, both only had 2 weeks bbe date on them. Emailed them to arrange a replacement but no answer, followed up with another email but again no answer. Received and email to ask if everything went ok with purchase (standard email) if not reply to the email to which I did and had no reply AGAIN. Can safely say it was the first and last time that I will be buying anything from here again. Poor customer service and sending me stock that has limited shelf life.”
