Ordered wine kits, then informed that it was on hold due to supply. Asked for refund as they were unable to fulfil order. No reply from brewmart.

Hello Colin, Thank you for getting in touch. Unfortunately, we are having a few issues with our email at the minute, so we did not receive your email. If outgoing emails are not affected, you should now have received confirmation your order has been cancelled. We do not take payment for orders until they are complete. (The funds are ring-fenced in your account.) Therefore, the authority to take payment is cancelled, and the ring-fenced funds are automatically released back into your account. No order received, no reply from customer services about where my order was. Gave it a month and requested refund. Poor all round really.

you owe me £70.47 - no delivery made or attempted - asked for a refund but they won't 'refund the order until the items are returned to us in a saleable condition'. How can I return stuff I've never even seen? Phoned them up and they said it would be sorted by the end of the day - either delivery or refund. Neither happened. Easy money for Brewmart.

Hello Jonathan, We are sorry for the problems you have experienced. As discussed previously, no refund could be actioned until the goods are returned by yourself or the courier. I requested that the courier either attempt a re-delivery or return the goods to resolve the issues swiftly. Unfortunately, they have set protocols regarding the non-delivery of items which needed to be adhered to before they would proceed with a return and a claim for non-delivery. The good news is the items have now been returned, and a refund has been issued, which is normally actioned immediately. However, refunds can take up to three working days. If you have not received the refund after three working days have passed, please get in touch, and we will assist in any way we can. Yours, Brew Mart.

Hello Jackie, As discussed earlier, Our current courier, DPD, has changed its system when dealing with claims. They now ask for an email with photos rather than sending an e-form to be filled in. They also request that we give them 5 working days to reply. Today is the 6th. I have chased them up, and unfortunately, they have lost the case file. After extensive discussions with DPD, I have referred the matter to our contract manager, who has assured me the claim will be successful. As a result, a replacement has been sent out today and should be with you tomorrow. Best wishes, Brew Mart.

I bought the air still with some ceramic beads which I am told went into the box, unfortunately due to poor preparation for postage these were lost in transit. Also the still itself had components missing. I have sent evidence by email but no response, and no effort to resolve this issue. I will shop elsewhere in future.

I am very disappointed with Magnum,the reason being is I had to throw two batches away because they where both frothing up,the red wine and the rose wine.ive been brewing wine for a number of years but I've never encountered this before.

Ordered over £310 worth of goods and 1 order was held up due to fermentation 23 ltr bin going out of stock. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get back into stock, or I could pay £3 to upgrade to a 25 ltr bin, which i paid. I believe I should have been sent the 25 ltr from a customer service point of view. Also none of the thermometers worked, 3 kits 3 thermometers. No reply to why these were sent faulty, you could see in the packaging they were faulty. Now need 3 kegs, I'm definitely going to bigger jugs for this purchase. NOT you.

OK we are dealing with COVID -19 and social distancing I understand that but to just put up a vague sign on the window saying they are dealing with the pandemic by online click and collect is not fine, you order online and then turn up to find the above mention letter stuck on the window - and thats it!! No further instructions just a locked door and this letter/instructions. No please ring this number, as we are hiding in the back and can't be bothered to even interact with you - we want your money but offer no customer service, and then when you realise you need to ring them and shake them out of their hidey hole they then come out and stand 6 feet back from the door wearing a face mask and then proceed to mumble at you, I suggest you forget it and carry on down to lovebrewing in Chesterfield at least they have an open door and welcome you.

Hi Brewmart my order before Xmas was damaged during and never got to me. I contacted you after receiving an email from the courier telling me it had gone to glass damage. I have not received any notification return from yourselves.

I ordered a corker which the website showed as adjustable, when it arrived it was a cheap non adjustable one. I was advised that they have never sold an adjustable corker, but what I received was still value for money end of. I could of bought the cheap one elsewhere for a lot less than I have paid for this rubbish with cheaper postage. I only paid the ridiculous delivery charge as I thought I was getting the item shown, no offer to return the item for a full refund, I now note the picture has been changed though, very poor customer service & I won't be using again.

When I screwed my Co2 injector into the cap the Co2 came out of the valve and didn't into the pressure barrel. I then tried another cap on the barrel and applied to Co2 injector and it worked fine so I have sent the cap back to brewmart on the 30th April for a replacement. Alan Evans
