“On this order you were not up to your usual standard. I received a phone call saying it would be delivered Tuesday -- it came Monday. I asked for it to be left at the rear of the house. -- it was left with a neighbour. I ordered PINOT BLUSH. -- You sent PINOT WHITE. Nothing too serious but not as good as usual. Delivery was 6 days. Which box should I have ticked? I did not see who delivered.”

“I haven’t tried my citric acid or champagne yeast as elder flowers not quite ready. What I can say is that online ordering was hassle free, Brew Mart were very responsive to my query, delivery was prompt and prices very competitive 👍🏼”

“Personal service in that they phoned me about my order when they couldn't obtain part of it. This compensated for the delay in processing the order. Once it was all sorted out despatch and delivery was very quick.”
