“Overall very pleased with the results of the cleaning performed today, The stairs carpet had been grubby following a house party and muddy footprints which is all now resolved. Only reason not 5 stars is that cleaner arrived later than agreed but all in all a very good service. I have used the company before and would not hesitate to do so again.”

“Well organised professional organisation. Arrived when they said they would and were done very quickly. Our shag rug and cotton mattress took a lot longer to try than advised. They look great, mattress still has some marks as we were warned but much better. The carpet on stairs and study and hall looks really good and dried in less than two hours. The guy just got on with it. Will use again.”
“Disappointed with the last job. Two smaller rooms were fine, one being cleaned very well indeed (much better than normal). However, our large room did not "come up" as well as expected. Last job covered much bigger area than we normally require. Seems that Breeze under-estimated the time required to do a good job; and/or the operator was "over-booked" and anxious to get on to the next job before finishing properly the current one.”

“I got in Breeze Cleaners to clean our carpets before we moved in (Dec '13). The carpets weren't very dirty, but it was a job well done and very quickly too. My only gripe was that I got a call about 2 hours before I was expecting them, asking to postpone to another day as he had a headache. I can sympathise, but there was no other convenient time for them to come as painting and moving had been planned around this cleaning booking. I thought that this wasn't very professional as no-one could come in his place, so instead I felt terrible about made him come over. I'd use them again though.”
“I thought the quality of the service I received was extremely poor. I was not at home at the time the person came to clean - our nanny let them in and out. I came back home to find the sofa as discoloured and stained as it looked before I called Breeze carpet cleaners in. In fact I even found a couple of raisin that my kids had dropped before the cleaning still on the sofa. It was pretty incredible that NONE of the stain (from normal daily life rather than paint or anything too difficult to remove) had been gone as a result of the cleaning. I will never use this company again.”
