“The mattress was cleaned very well and the results are great! I am a bit weary in the "steam" cleaning. As I was watching, I didn't see any steam, more just water sprayed and sucked up! I thought the "steam" would encourage killing bacteria and also mean it would be less wet and dry quicker. Just my thoughts though, I'm no professional. The guy who came to do the job was great, friendly and apologetic for running late. A mix up with timing a 1 to 2:30 appointment turned into a 5:10 appointment. Overall a good service!”

“The carpets were cleaned quickly and efficiently by a pleasant guy. I thought it was a tad expensive for a 15 minute job but that may be the going rate.”

“Have used this company twice now. Quick friendly service and a job well done. The second job there was a bit of a mix up with what i had asked for but it was resolved quickly over the phone. I was slightly disappointed as the job had been quoted incorrectly, although the correct details were given at the time and cost me £30 more than I was expecting. No apology given but that being said, it would not deter me from using them again.”

“It was very straight forwards to book, with helpful staff members. Prices are very good for the service that is provided, and the carpet cleaning expert that come to our house was very professional, yet friendly and easy to talk to!”

“We had our carpets in the landing and stairs cleaned for our new house. The gentleman arrived on time and did a good job on removing some of the ink stains. Easy booking and easy payment. Will recommend to others.”

“Had a number of items cleaned on 24th September. The guy turned up on time, was very pleasant and helpful and even asked me for old carrier bags so he could put them under the legs of the sofa in case they marked the newly cleaned carpet. Attention to detail was excellent as was the finished result. Would use them again without any hesitation!”

“Overall very pleased with the results of the cleaning performed today, The stairs carpet had been grubby following a house party and muddy footprints which is all now resolved. Only reason not 5 stars is that cleaner arrived later than agreed but all in all a very good service. I have used the company before and would not hesitate to do so again.”
