“The service I received was not grate my chairs still look the same my mattress’s are ok but will not be using there service again. Workers were rude complaining as soon as they got to my property about not having no lift so I will be charged more cleaned one side of my mattress as they claimed the other side couldn’t be wet as for my sofas they steamed them and didn’t even think to clean the back and in creases I had to ask was not impressed for the price I should have received better service”
“We had a 3 seater sofa and armchair cleaned the finish was very disappointing going to have another company re do it. It was theoretically steam cleaning, it was more like giving it a water bath/shower. I complained to the company albeit 3 weeks after the event I was told they cannot guarantee the removal of stains and sometimes have to use more water than normal. But I left too late to register a complaint. I would not recommend this company, and I will do my upmost to let every body know not to use them.”
“The first time I had Breeze to clean my carpets they were excelent and I recommended them to so many friends. I had occasion to use them again a few weeks ago and I was not happy with the results of my bathroom carpet or the fact that the cleaner was late and called us to complain about the company not giving him enough time to travel between jobs.
I emailed my concerns and to this day no one has contact me about it. They were quick to answer my emails prior to them coming to do the cleaning!!!!”
“The guy tried to charge £30 extra to clean the stairs even though he quoted for a 3 bedroom house. Said the stairs weren't on the list. Reckon the guy was trying to get one over on his boss. In the end paid original price but left stairs!! Ripped off.”
