Overall very pleased with the results of the cleaning performed today, The stairs carpet had been grubby following a house party and muddy footprints which is all now resolved. Only reason not 5 stars is that cleaner arrived later than agreed but all in all a very good service. I have used the company before and would not hesitate to do so again.
