“Following an appointment on Bank Holiday Monday to have my bedroom carpet, landing & stairs steam cleaned and the operator being in and finished within 40 minutes, no sign of any steam and the carpet just looked as if it had been hoovered, basically it looked no different.Breeze website gives 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied they will re-clean the area you are unhappy with? this is not the case when you ring to complain.A total waste of money and i would certainly not recommend this company and have already encouraged a friend to cancel her appointment for next week.”

Customer was only unhappy with the bedroom that she said looked like it had not been cleaned, all other areas were cleaned well she said. I asked her what areas in the room she was not happy with and she couldn't tell me, I also asked for photos that we would review to see if anything could be done but they were not received. The customer was thinking of replacing the carpet and maybe thought that she has wasted her money on cleaning them as they did no come up as well as she thought they would. We will re-clean while we are at the property if you are not happy.

“Complete waste of time, the company do not live up to expectations as advertised on thier website, refused to offer a reclean as advertisted! The person who came to do the job managed to clean the carpets of my 4 bed property within 20 minutes! When i called to query the manager refused to help and had a rude manor of tone - atrocious customer service - would not recommend this company!”

“I arranged for an elderly friend's carpets to be cleaned as a matter of urgency. The team came out on Good Friday, were prompt, courteous and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them again. Deb”

“We had a 3 seater sofa and armchair cleaned the finish was very disappointing going to have another company re do it. It was theoretically steam cleaning, it was more like giving it a water bath/shower. I complained to the company albeit 3 weeks after the event I was told they cannot guarantee the removal of stains and sometimes have to use more water than normal. But I left too late to register a complaint. I would not recommend this company, and I will do my upmost to let every body know not to use them.”

“We had our settees cleaned, the gentleman was very courteous clean and communicated well in making sure he was sure about what our expectations were. I would certainly use Breeze carpet cleaning again and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who needed that service.”

“1st time having my carpet cleaned. Very impressed. Ellie was friendly and charming. The man who cleaned my carpet was courteous. He left my front room tidy. My carpet looked new. payment very easy. Definitely will use them again. And if any of my friends or family are thinking about having their carpets I will advise them to get in contact with Breeze.”

“Breeze provided an excellent service from start to finish. Ellie at reception was charming and organised. The guys who cleaned our carpets arrived early, did their job extremely well, left my flat very tidy and finished exactly when they said they would. They were realistic in their judgement of what stains could or couldn't be removed and I was very pleased by the overall result. I have no qualms in recommending Breeze to anybody who asks my opinion. Edward.”

“Cleaner running late but phoned to let me know. Polite and efficient job, done in exactly the time suggested when booking and carpets look great. Booking and paying was easy and price good, I will use them again for certain. Impressed.”

“Emergency call out as I'd dropped a fruit smoothie on the carpet. Came out in two hours bang on time and removed the stain completely. Really pleased and service was helpful and polite.”

“Very pleased with the whole experience, from booking, cleaning and ease of payment. The cleaner (Adam) was so friendly and worked very hard to clean my very stained carpets!! Most of the stains have been removed and the carpets look so much better. Having two small children, it's a great feeling knowing that the floors are really clean. I would recommend.”

“We had to get the job done extremely urgently, we need the area clean for Saturday. We called on Friday morning and they scheduled the appointment for 2:30 the same day. Excellent work, the carpet looks fantastic. The accounting bit needs to be commended as well. I received an invoice by email this morning, after paying the invoice this afternoon, I was sent a receipt. Well worth using this company!”

“Brilliant service and great attention to detail when doing upholstery cleaning. Furthermore we needed the job done quickly and they came to the rescue. Breeze's service delivery was spot on from start of finish. I will definitely be adding them to our preferred supplier list.”
