“We received a good choice of quotes in a very short time and after speaking to various suppliers, we placed an order and made payment over the phone. At this point we were very pleased and we responded positively to BreakerLink's request for feedback - although we did say that it was a bit premature as we hadn't actually received the part. We were told that the part would be delivered sometime during last week, but it didn't arrive - and today we have been told that it is not being despatched at all as it is damaged and has failed the supplier's quality check - and now we still have to wait another week for our card payment t be refunded. On the positive side, it is reassuring that the supplier carried out a check and didn't send us a damaged part which would have had to be returned. But it's a bit annoying that we have wasted so much time, especially as by the time we get the money back, we shall have carried the cost of this on our own bank account for over two weeks. Wouldn't it have been better if the supplier had carried out the wuality check BEFORE taking our payment??”

“I was very grateful to locate an engine after searching for some months and the supplier was prompt in delivery etc.However there are problems with the engine and I am trying to resolve them at the moment.”

“YOU FOUND THE PARTS REQUIRED, BUT WHEN WE TRIED PHONING TO PLACE THE ORDER COULD NOT GET THROUGH SO PLACED ORDER ONLINE AND PAID. DELIVERY ESTIMATED AT 2 DAYS AFTER 5 TELEPHONE TO FIND THE PART HAD BEEN SOLD ON THE PHONE. WE RECEIVED NO PHONE CALL TO INFORM US OF THIS, I THEN TELEPHONED ONLY TO BE TOLD THIS, BUT WAS TOLD THEY HAD ANOTHER COMING IN NEXT MONDAY. BIT DISAPPOINTED IN THE FACT THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION TO LET US KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED. NOT SURE I WILL USE FORDBITS AGAIN.”

“THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ORDER DELIVERED ON TIME BUT THE SPARE PART WAS ABSOLUTE CRAP - WORSE THAN THE ONE WE NEED TO REPLACE!!!!”

“A very good choice for the same item and widely spaced prices..I went for the cheapest and it was cheaper by about £10 from the next one up..BUT they did take a full 7 days to deliver same.Would use this link another time. THANKS”

“i was looking for a parcel shelf for my bmw and had a quote within 48 hours which impressed me, great site........ but the quote i got was from LEE BURNETT of BRYONICOLE MOTOR SPARES in KIRCALDY, scotland, i paid the £60 straight away from my paypal account, only to still be waiting 3 weeks later for it to be delivered, rang the person only to be fobbed off time after time, being told this and that, all amounted to me not getting my part and having to lodge a paypal complaint. been trying to tell breakerlink about this BYRONICOLE MOTOR SPARES and this is the only way to contact them, hope fully this place will be deleted from breakerlinks site so they cannot rip anyone else off”
