“I had trawled around the usual websales and auction sites trying to find the gearbox I needed. Filled out the very easy to use enquiry form on Breakerlink and received several responses in the first day. Found a great deal plus 3 month warranty on the part.”

“Good but 2 companies took my money and no part and didn't inform me there was no part. Sorted in the end with full refund but took 2 months and many phone calls resulting in me unable to fix and sell my car before leaving the country fir 9 months.”

“It's a great concept that obviously works well. I was let down by the first dealer who sent a faulty gearbox and although I got my money back I had had to pay twice for my local garage to fit a second-hand gearbox. The second one, from Silverlake, has been fine so far.”

“The purchase procedure was straightforward. I got exactly what I wanted. The girl I spoke to at the suppliers was very friendly. The only problem was the delay in delivery. After contacting the supplier, it appeared the courier had shipped the parcel to the wrong delivery point originally.”
