“Found Breakdown Assist on line. Had not heard of them before. Was with Green Flag. Breakdown Assist was cheaper than Green Flag for the same cover. Phoned them up and staff were very help full. My only comment on the down side is they do not supply a free phone number if you breakdown. I have only just joined.”

“I cannot believe what it cost to join breakdown assist being in the aa for many a year was far dearer and what a bonus I am covered whilst towing my caravan at no extra charge, hope I never have to phone them but if I do I know i will get a good service”

“bought cover on line because it was such a good deal. Just a few days later I had to call on Breakdown Assists service having damaged my car going over a pothole. My car was kept at a school behind locked gates overnight and was due to recovered the following day to my local garage. A little confusion arose because I was told to stay at home until advised to leave. Unfortunately this information wasn't relayed to the recovery driver who arrived at the school to find I wasn't there!!! I was soon on my way to meet him, my car was taken to the garage of my choice and the driver then offered to take me home. Overall, a good service despite the initial hiccup. I'd certainly recommend.”
