“I can only comment on the renewal process over the phone which was pleasant and professional. I have only given four stars as I have not had cause to use the breakdown service, but I feel sure it won't let me down.”

“Very competitive price, quick and easy to do. However, I asked for paperwork by post, this has not arrived.”

“Got the cover at a very reasonable price and the policy seems good. The only issue I have is "Automatic Renewal" which I did not want. When you fill the form out it does not seem clear as to where you choose this. I believe there should be an opt in policy on this and not opt out.”

“I had no hassle setting up the breakdown cover - very easy process. I had a flat tyre within a couple of weeks and was worried whether it would be as easy to get it fixed. I need not have worried - a very nice guy was with me within an hour of calling - he put on my spare tyre and I was quickly back on the road again. Brilliant service”

“On comparing prices on line I found breakdown assist to be very competitive. I did the application on line & found it to be a very straight foreword & easy to follow procedure. I haven't had the misfortune of having to use them yet so can't really comment on that side of things but fingers crossed .”
