“one phone call is all i made ,it took about five minutes to go through the procedure with the the guy on the phone ,fast efficient service ,saved myself a load of money changing provider.”

“The experience was good but staff on phone did not send printed details in post as requested and as promised. I had to phone again to querie this and was subsequently told that it had been missed”

“I did find it odd that I could be given a quote for a combined policy for UK and Europe to then be told when I purchased it that an annual policy cannot kick in for 72 hours, even though all the paperwork is immediately emailed. My only option was to buy a single European trip which miraculously instant. I therefore feel the extra insurance fee was unwarranted.”
