“Great products that really work at great prices. The availability of the more obscure products is fantastic too. Postage is a little pricey though. Would be better if you could use Apple Pay”

“I have used these products for just over a week now and although I have seen massive changes in the appearance of my spots it's a little too early to tell if this will be a lasting effect. However I certainly would advise everyone who is interested in trying to product to do so. I don't think you'll regret it !”

“The items came in good time and were very well padded The pump dispenser I bought as an add-on doesn't work, which means there is a risk to put out too much toner as it has a wide opening”

“I’m 37 years old and I have been battling my war on my adult acne for over 10 years. I recently moved into UK so my skin has been against me and trying to adapt. I hadn’t had a peel for over 5 months to get my acne under control so I recently brought the salicylic acid and glycolic acid where I read great reviews on as well as how affordable it is. It’s been my first week using the salicylic acid and I’m well aware that I’ll breakout much more initially of using the salicylic acid and I’m going through that stage now. Let’s see in 3 months time how my skin is and happy to come back to write my updates.”

“Product - 10/10, Customer Service 5/10. Lets start with the product, It was presented perfectly as the bottle actually looked like the website photos .. That never happens! So I was most please with the quality of the product, Inside I found a instruction manual to help you use the product the way they see fit. This brings me to my first point, 10 minutes of this product will not give you the full benefit that this acid can actually have. I have used this product for 1 hour then gently wiping it off before bed leaving a thin layer still attached to the skin. So i guess the guidelines are created for all skin types, Personally for me this product can be applied with 0 damage to the skin as an overnight product, Just dont layer it on! The reason why i use it overnight instead is because of the healing properties that this acid has, It is much much much more effective! Put it like this, A sore face with red spots and scarring will heal up in about 2 weeks and start to look smoother with a complete vanish of the redness. If you leave this product on overnight it will do it in 3 days ... Perhaps its just my skin that has such a brilliant take to the product however I did question Bruvura and got a pretty poor reply to the questions I asked. Most questions wernt answered but I can see that it was just a very rushed response, Overall the product is out of this world, Alot weaker than most on the market with the exact same effects which to me makes it in a world of its own! The moisturizer is blight blue and I have only tried it twice, Having such oily skin means that these type of products just make me shine! I will admit the moisturizer does have a nice matting effect but I wont use it properly until the acid has completely healed my skin. That might sound crazy as the moisturizer helps the skin repair but this acid just works incredibly on its own and I dont want to ruin its work so far. So 10/10 for the Salicylic Acid. 5/10 for customer service as someone could have actually read my email before replying!”

“This was a first for home treatment and I can say that it did not disappoint! It was easy to apply and neutralised very quickly as indicated. My skin is very sensitive and although " irritation" is normal, it immediately subsided once I applied moisturiser.”

“I bought the starter set as I suffer with clogged pores and increasing amount of black and white heads in problem areas. I liked the fact that this could be bought as a starter set as I have sensitive skin so alot of products don't agree with my skin. Thankfully all of these products have agreed with my skin, which is a shock as many high street brands have not. I particularly have enjoyed using the Salicylic Acid and have definitely noticed a difference to my skin and the clearing out of my pores. There has been a slight tingling sensation but this has decreased as I have been using the product more often and again there has been no adverse affects other than this. I have especially enjoyed the Revitalising Ginseng Toner, it smells lovely and has made my skin feel great and will be something I will definitely be purchasing again. The First Cleansing Oil I have not particularly enjoyed, although the product smells great to me it doesn't clean as much as I'd like especially my waterproof mascara. Overall I'm very happy with my starter set and hopefully over time my skin will continue to clear. I will definitely purchase again but may try another cleanser.”
